Job summary

Spectrum Search partners with a well-established public accounting firm looking for an experienced Staff Auditor or Senior Auditor to join a collaborative team in Redlands, CA.

You will lead and participate in audit engagements across multiple industries, prepare financial statements and workpapers, and mentor junior staff, with a hybrid schedule and about 10% travel to local clients. Exposure to real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and agriculture clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills
• CPA or CPA-track preferred, but not required
