Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, 3–4 years in public accounting, and CPA status or active candidacy preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute diverse accounting and auditing assignments with minimal supervision.
• Guide and mentor staff accountants, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to professional standards.
• Prepare comprehensive workpapers and financial statements in compliance with GAAP or OCBOA.
• Actively participate in the planning and scheduling of client engagements, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications
