LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Audit Manager for a growing public accounting client in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on leading client engagements from planning to completion, mentoring staff, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

The ideal candidate has CPA status or is pursuing it, 5+ years in public accounting audit, and strong communication and project management skills. Salary range is $100K–$130K with bonus potential and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• Experience leading engagements and managing staff.
• Strong communication, client service, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit, review, and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and audit findings.
• Mentor and develop audit staff and seniors.
• Identify risks, evaluate internal controls, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with partners on engagement planning and client service strategies.
