The internal title for this role will be AVP, Senior Audit Manager - Information Systems. This hands‑on role plays an integral role in managing the IT Internal Audit Plan at the Bank as a strategic business partner. The role will support the VP/Audit Director Information Systems in developing and executing the IT Internal Audit plan. The role will assist in the annual risk assessment and corresponding audit planning, be responsible for and supervise staff for the completion of SOX Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) testing, system implementation reviews/audits, IS/IT internal audits and other projects as needed, serve as the point of contact for co‑sourcing arrangements, perform testing, as well as manage the preparation of the internal audit reports. The incumbent will establish and maintain productive business relationships with Bank Technology’s (BT) management team and communicate with them regarding audit results and significant control matters. The incumbent must maintain expertise in the information technology used at the Bank and keep current regarding related vulnerabilities and breaches.
Our Audit department conducts risk‑based audits and assessments, not checklist audits. As a player/coach, you will conduct relevant audits and work, in addition to supervising multiple direct reports on projects and progress to manage the performance and professional development of up to multiple direct reports. The role requires technology and audit expertise and requires considerable critical thinking and analytical skills. The role also requires creativity and agility.
This role will have a hybrid work schedule in our Boston office in accordance with the Bank’s Hybrid Work Program. More time will be expected in the office to support onboarding initially, up to 90 days.
The anticipated base pay range for this role is $119,000 - $195,500. This role is based in Boston with weekly in‑office expectations. The base pay posted represents the annual base pay range or hourly wage range that we expect to offer for this job opportunity. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including relevant experience, required skills and other relevant factors. The range noted here is not indicative of all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. All Bank full‑time positions are eligible to participate in our annual incentive program and our robust total rewards offerings, in addition to the base pay.
