Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive public accounting audit experience, including 2–3 years managing multiple complex engagements at the Manager level.
• Active CPA license.
• Deep technical command of US GAAP, GAAS, and internal control frameworks.
• Proven ability to build, retain, and manage executive-level client relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for partner and C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive practice-level audit strategy, methodology, and quality control across the assurance practice with firm Partners.
• Own client relationships at the C-suite, board, and audit committee level as primary strategic advisor.
• Oversee financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations per US GAAP/GAAS and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage resource allocation and engagement-level profitability across concurrent audits.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate managers and staff while designing internal training programs.
• Represent the firm in proposals, presentations, and regional business development.
