NextDeavor Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, mentor associates, and deliver high-quality financial reporting with actionable client recommendations.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite, collaborating with the team across the Scottsdale/Chandler area. You will manage engagements from planning through completion, apply GAAP, prepare financial statement presentations, analyze data, build client relationships, and supervise staff.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of audit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA or eligibility for CPA is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Phoenix metro area.

Responsibilities
