Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking an Audit Manager to lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across various industries in the Phoenix metropolitan area. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and driving improvements for privately held and not-for-profit organizations.

You will oversee planning, execution, and supervision of engagements, apply GAAP and GAAS to resolve accounting issues, mentor staff, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations
• Active CPA license
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
