Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Audit/Assurance Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our audit team, provide mentorship to junior staff, and deliver exceptional client services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing for Financial Institutions or Banks.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing multiple audit engagements to deliver quality audit services to our clients.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff to enhance their professional growth and development.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through superior client services.
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and wrap-up of audit engagements, including risk assessment, audit scoping, devising audit plan, and reviewing audit work papers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Providing expert insights and recommendations based on audit findings.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of audit/assurance experience in public accounting or relevant industry
  • Must hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing multiple audit engagements.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the financial (banking) sector.
  • Strong mentorship skills with the ability to develop and guide junior staff.
  • Excellent client services skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
