Thankfully, that isn't true everywhere.
This firm is looking for an Audit Senior Manager to join its growing Real Estate practice.
Someone who enjoys leading clients, solving technical problems and developing the people around them, but isn't interested in spending every evening in the office.
The growth here is genuine. It's creating opportunity, not chaos.
You'll work with established real estate developers, investors and construction businesses, leading engagements from planning through to completion. You'll build long term client relationships, work closely with the Partners and have a real say in how the practice continues to grow.
You're not stepping into a role where every decision has already been made.
You'll help shape it.
Outside of busy season, 40 hour weeks are the norm. During busy season, you're usually looking at around 55 hours. Busy enough to keep things interesting, without feeling like work has taken over your life.
They're looking for a CPA with at least five years of public accounting experience and a strong Real Estate audit background. Beyond the technical side, they want someone who enjoys mentoring others, building trusted client relationships and taking ownership.

It should make you look forward to Monday a little more than you do now.
Here’s the part most people get wrong: you don’t need to tick every box to introduce yourself.
