Job summary

LeoForce in Burbank, CA is seeking an Audit Senior to oversee multiple client engagements, manage budgets, and mentor staff. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial statement audits, client satisfaction, and risk management.

You will lead teams, develop staff, and participate in business development while maintaining strong client relationships and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive audit experience in a medium-to-large public accounting firm or equivalent.
• 3 years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Active CPA license required.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and provide exceptional client service.
• Willingness to travel to various client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efforts of multiple client engagements with the ability to manage a budget.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
• Consult with and service client base to make recommendations on business and process improvements and act as a business advisor.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews.
• Play a key role in future business generation by identifying new business opportunities through networking within the industry.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development; recruit and develop talent within the firm.
