The role emphasizes ownership of audits, understanding client businesses, and mentoring junior staff within a people-first culture. CPA designation is preferred or in progress as part of ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required.
• 2-5 years of progressive audit experience with a public accounting firm.
• CPA license, or actively pursuing CPA designation, required.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for real estate and construction clients.
• Prepare and review annual audit reports, liaising with managers and staff.
• Conduct audits and assist clients through the financial reporting process.
