Job summary

Elevate LLC in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking an Audit Senior with a nonprofit/employee benefit plan audit focus to join our growing assurance practice. You will lead engagements, supervise staff, and ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance while mentoring junior team members.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of nonprofit/EBP audit experience, CPA preferred but not required, and strong communication skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of audit experience focused on NPO and/or EBP.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and auditing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements for nonprofit organizations and Employee Benefit Plans.
• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS.
• Mentor and supervise audit associates and communicate with managers and clients.
