Capstone is seeking an experienced assurance professional to serve as in-charge on compilation, review, and audit engagements. You will manage engagements from planning through completion under supervision of Audit Managers and Partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating client communications, leading fieldwork, supervising staff, performing procedures in high-risk areas, and preparing financial statements and disclosures under US GAAP. Strong technical knowledge is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead fieldwork and direct staff.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as in-charge on compilation, review, and audit engagements, coordinating fieldwork and day-to-day client contact.
• Assist in engagement planning, including risk assessment, materiality, and tailoring audit programs under the manager.
• Perform audit procedures on complex or higher-risk areas, including evaluating internal controls and testing.
• First-level review of workpapers and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Prepare financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
