Job summary

Weaver is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to join the Audit Investment Funds (IF) practice in Fort Worth. You will perform in-charge responsibilities on larger engagements and manager responsibilities on smaller engagements for clients in financial services, including Alternative Investment Funds and broker/dealers.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, CPA candidate status, 2–5+ years of public accounting experience, and experience in financial services.

• CPA candidate
• 2–5+ years of public accounting experience (industry or combination)
• Experience in Financial Services required (Alternative Investment Funds, Financial Institutions, Broker/Dealers, Insurance or related)

Responsibilities

• Perform in-charge responsibilities on larger engagements and manager responsibilities on smaller engagements
• Execute audit plans in all financial statement areas
• Develop staff and client relationships through effective communication and proper planning
