Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
• CPA or 150 credit hours for CPA eligibility preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm

Responsibilities

• Conduct audit, review, and compilation procedures including testing of controls and substantive testing
• Coordinate day-to-day duties including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up
• Demonstrate understanding of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion; mentor staff
• Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and clients
• Stay abreast of industry developments and auditing trends
• Participate in professional development to enhance skills
