Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit experience.
• For-profit audit experience.
• Strong GAAS knowledge and audit methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute audits for employee benefit plan clients, ensuring ERISA and DOL requirements.
• Manage for profit audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Review workpapers and supervise staff on audit fieldwork.
• Communicate directly with clients on audit findings, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify risk areas and apply appropriate audit procedures.
