Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with relevant professional certifications preferred (CPA, CIA, CFA, FRM, CAMP, CAMS, etc.).
• 12+ years of related Audit experience with advanced knowledge in audit standards, industry best practices, laws and regulations
• Budget and resource allocation management
• Mentoring, coaching and performance management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Copilot
• Effective communication with management and business partners (oral and written)
• Ability to collaborate across functional teams and stakeholders
• Sound judgement in decision making

Responsibilities

• Leads a large, significant and/or highly complex, and diverse audit team for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope
• Manages talent by hiring, setting goals, developing staff, and handling performance and compensation decisions
• Acts as SME with deep liquidity/interest rate risk knowledge to audit multiple global business lines
• Provides strategic guidance to audit executives and identifies operational efficiencies
• Performs annual risk assessments and develops audit plans
• Oversees non-audit activities like continuous monitoring and dashboards
• Leads horizontal projects and division initiatives as needed
