Qualifications

• 12+ years of ERM/ORM experience and advanced regulatory knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with transformation programs and auditing risk management activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead audit validation activities as part of the transformation program.
• Manage audit activities within areas of responsibility; establish a risk-based audit program.
• Conduct risk assessments for Auditable Entities and propose audit plans and timing.
• Develop and maintain continuous monitoring with key stakeholders.
