You will complete audit, review, compilation engagements and related assurance work across diverse client sectors, collaborating with managers, partners, and team members to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of progressive public accounting experience focusing on audit and assurance.
• Experience with compilation and review engagements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CaseWare or Engagement software; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit, review, compilation, and other assurance engagements per standards.
• Own assigned engagements, manage time, budget, and deadlines.
• Prepare engagement deliverables: workpapers, financial statements, letters.
• Research accounting and auditing matters with limited supervision.
• Manage engagements across nonprofit, employee benefit plans, HUD, and private companies.
• Build strong client and team relationships; communicate with managers and partners.
• Review staff work and mentor junior team members.
• Apply U.S. GAAP, GAAS, SSARS and stay current on standards.
• Contribute during peak periods; handle multiple priorities and hours when needed.
• Travel to client locations up to 20%.
