Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 2-4 years of relevant audit experience.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• SOX/ICFR and public-company audit experience preferred.
• ASC 606/revenue recognition experience preferred; SaaS exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit projects from planning through completion using a risk-based approach.
• Develop audit programs, project plans and risk assessments.
• Perform SOX/internal controls testing and operational/process reviews.
• Partner with finance, accounting and business stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Support SOX assessments for newly acquired businesses.
• Participate in finance integration, separation and other strategic initiatives.
• Identify process improvements and provide actionable recommendations.
