Responsibilities

• Stay current on GAAP and PCAOB standards and their impact on engagements.
• Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy.
• Act as the primary client contact and communicate with client personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and research on technical standards.
