Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to lead client engagements from planning through completion, directing budgeting and staffing. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused role in a Top 50 firm.

Requirements include 2–6 years in external audit, a Bachelor's in Accounting (150 semester hours), CPA or CPA eligibility, and strong client service, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; 150 semester hours required.
• 2–6 years of external audit experience in public accounting.
• CPA license or parts of CPA; desire to obtain CPA.
• Strong client service, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff.
• Work with audit team to resolve client issues identified during the audit.
• Understand client operations and business objectives; analyze accounting issues.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and communication of recommendations.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel and assist in proposals.
