Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Accounting.
• CPA license, or actively pursuing CPA.
• Minimum of two years of public or private accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day engagement responsibilities and manage staff on engagements.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent engagements and supervise staff.
• Research technical questions and provide reasoned conclusions.
• Perform self-reviews to ensure quality and completeness.
• Track time, document scope variances, and communicate with supervisors.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their businesses.
• Provide real-time guidance and feedback to staff.
• Pursue professional development and licensure progress.
