Tronconi Segarra & Associates in Buffalo, NY seeks an Audit Senior Associate to own day-to-day audit engagements, manage staff, and develop client relationships within healthcare and not-for-profit sectors.

You will lead engagements, coordinate teams, and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency. The firm offers mentoring, CPA licensing support, diverse projects, flexible arrangements, and a competitive salary with benefits.

Competenze

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree in Accounting.
CPA license, or active pursuit of the CPA.
Minimum of two years of experience in public or private accounting.
Experience serving healthcare and/or not-for-profit organizations.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior staff.
Comfort adopting new technology, including AI-enabled audit tools, to improve engagement efficiency.
