Aprio is seeking an Audit Senior to join the Audit Non-profit team. You will perform audits, prepare work papers, and communicate financial information to clients. The role involves planning engagements, coordinating with teams, and traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and audit software (CaseWare or equivalent).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and skillfully performing audits.
• Preparing audit work papers and adjusting trial balances.
• Utilizing time management to plan and schedule client engagements.
• Assembling trial balances and compiling financial statements into a written report to be presented.
• Effectively communicating the accuracy of financial statements to clients and colleagues.
• Continuously fostering relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Traveling to some client sites.
