Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–3 years of auditing experience, preferably in public accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods.
• Proficiency in applying PCAOB, SEC, and SOX regulations to audit engagements.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• CPA or CIA designation is nice to have.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess internal controls.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and implement audit testing procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors to address audit issues promptly.
• Plan and execute audits in line with PCAOB, SEC, and SOX requirements.
• Monitor financial data to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Assist in annual audit planning and risk assessment activities.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive effective audits.
