Job summary

A growing public accounting firm in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate to join their team. This position involves planning and executing audit engagements, preparing financial statements, and supervising staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 2-4 years of public accounting experience, CPA license preferred, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience is required.
• CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with U.S. GAAS.
• Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements.
• Supervise, train, and review the work of audit staff and interns.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and discuss audit matters.
