Kearney & Company, P.C. is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our government-focused team. You will build relationships with client personnel, apply auditing concepts, and communicate matters to Managers and Principals.
This role emphasizes collaboration, supervision of staff, and strengthening internal controls. Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS, have at least 2 years of audit experience, and possess an active Interim Secret clearance or higher.
Kearney is currently seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our team! The Senior Audit Associate will help develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction, demonstrate proficiency with accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations, as well as identify and effectively communicate accounting and auditing matters to Managers and Principals.

The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000 . This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
