Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of external audit experience with a Big Four or nationally recognized firm.
• 3 busy seasons as a Senior Audit Associate or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and FASB accounting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills; financial modeling a plus.
• Lead accounting and reporting projects from planning through execution.
• Support IPO readiness, M&A, carve-outs, and reporting transformations.
• Collaborate with CFOs and senior leaders to solve complex accounting challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting projects from planning through execution.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reporting deliverables for US GAAP compliance.
• Present to clients and support business development activities.
• Work with CFOs and senior leaders on complex accounting solutions.
• Participate in recruiting and leadership development initiatives.
• Travel 25–60% for client engagements.
