Adventist Health Glendale seeks an experienced Audiologist to conduct diagnostic tests and provide rehabilitation services for a diverse patient population. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include hearing evaluations, fitting and orientation of hearing aids, staff training, and ensuring compliance with licensing and infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in audiology or speech-language pathology, or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Three years’ audiologist experience preferred.
• Audiology licensure in the state of practice required.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• CCC-AAA or AUD certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsabilités

• Develops treatment plans and evaluates patient response.
• Provides hearing aid orientation and aural rehabilitation.
• Mentors staff and supervises technicians, students, and volunteers.
• Ensures documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates equipment maintenance and calibration.
