Willow Valley Communities in Lancaster County, PA is seeking a Staff Audiologist for a full-time role with standard daytime hours (8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday). Salary range $93,600–$99,840 based on experience.

The position focuses on comprehensive audiological care for residents, including hearing evaluations, fittings, and education on cognitive health connections. The ideal candidate will hold a Doctorate in Audiology with a Pennsylvania license and at least five years of experience, and

Qualificações

• Doctorate or degree in Audiology from an accredited college or university.
• Current Pennsylvania Audiology License.
• Minimum of 5 years of Audiology experience.
• Strong diagnostic and hearing aid fitting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including air and bone conduction testing, tympanometry, and related procedures.
• Provide consultations for new and existing hearing aid users and educate patients on hearing health and cognitive wellness.
• Deliver fitting and follow-up care, including verification and ongoing monitoring, for patients with hearing devices.
• Provide mobile and on-site services during scheduled rounds and visits.
• Maintain documentation, billing submissions, and equipment maintenance in accordance with standards.
