This position emphasizes patient-centered care over sales quotas, offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, access to major manufacturers, and a chance to improve quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations including air/bone thresholds, pure-tone and speech testing, tympanometry, and wax management.
• Perform ABRs to evaluate brainwave responses to sound.
• Perform DPOAEs to assess cochlear and high-frequency function.
• Hearing aid fitting, programming, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Work with all major hearing aid manufacturers; no commissions and no sales quotas.

A nationally recognized, award-winning senior living community in the Lancaster, PA area is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join its established in-house hearing healthcare program. This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful hearing healthcare to an adult population in a setting focused on access, education, cognitive wellness, and quality of life — not sales quotas.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• Professional daytime hours
• Adult population only
• Primarily serve a senior living community with an established patient population
