Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/internship experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in a media buyer/coordinator role.
• Familiarity with audio advertising: podcast, digital streaming, and radio.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage audio-first media strategies across podcast, streaming audio, and radio, integrated with CTV and linear TV.
• Build full-funnel plans aligned to client KPIs, balancing performance, reach, and efficiency.
• Translate client goals, audiences, and market insights into actionable media strategies.
• Own planning, negotiation, and execution of audio and video media plans; manage budgets across channels.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and vendor relationships with partners.
• Monitor day-to-day campaigns, analyze data, and deliver optimization recommendations.
