Mynt Agency in Orlando is seeking a Media Buyer to lead the execution and optimization of performance-driven audio campaigns across podcasts, streaming audio, and radio, with growth across CTV/TV. You’ll partner with senior teammates to manage budgets, track ROAS, and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in media buying, familiarity with audio formats, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/internship experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in media buying/coordinator roles.
• Familiarity with audio advertising: podcasts, streaming, and radio.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop audio-first media strategies across podcasts, streaming audio, and radio.
• Build full-funnel plans aligned to client KPIs and optimize for ROAS.
• Translate client goals into actionable media strategies and budgets.
• Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, and QA with Ad Operations.
• Partner with Account Management and Analytics to drive outcomes.
