Duties:

Represent clients throughout all litigation phases, pleadings, discovery, hearings, trial, and appeal in a diverse civil caseload

Manage real estate matters, including closings, landlord-tenant issues, and disputes involving title and tax deeds

Draft and oversee trust and estate planning documents; administer probate and litigate estate disputes

Advise businesses and individuals on contractual issues, breach claims, and lease negotiations

Handle foreclosure actions and other property-related claims with a tactical, resolution-oriented approach

Prepare legal memoranda, research documents, and maintain meticulous client records

Lead strategic meetings and provide oversight to junior legal staff or support personnel as needed

Build and sustain strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal guidance

Perform additional legal tasks and case responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of substantive legal experience
