Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a civilian Attorney-Adviser (NH-0905-03) to support the Staff Judge Advocate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This three-year TERM appointment may be extended up to eight years and may close at any time.

Qualifications

• ABA-accredited law degree and active bar in good standing.
• U.S. citizenship required; security clearance may be required.
• Mobility to relocate and sign AF-wide mobility agreement.
• Overtime may be required; may file OGE Form 450 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across administrative law, environmental, contract, labor and international law for WPAFB units and GSUs.
• Represent DAF interests in forums and support defense in litigation.
• Provide legal assistance to eligible beneficiaries under the AF Legal Assistance Program.
