Job summary

Modern Family Law in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-person court appearances as required, reflecting our flexible, client‑focused approach.

You will handle divorce, custody, and support matters, draft pleadings, manage depositions and hearings, and collaborate with a fast-paced team. Texas State Bar admission and 4+ years of family law experience are required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of Family Law experience.
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join ourSan Antonio, TX Office.

Compensation

$110,000 - $220,000 annually.Additionally, we are currently offering a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation package for this role.The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. • Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.

• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

• Active admission to theTexasState Bar.
