Lateral Partner Attorney – Remote or Hybrid (Nationwide)

Location: Remote or Hybrid Residency in any U.S. state accepted)

Company: Pen Pioneer LLC (on behalf of a confidential client law firm)

Position Type: Full-Time | Partner Track

Estimated Compensation:

  • $250,000 – $500,000+, depending on size of book of business and structure
  • Flexible models:
  • Base Salary + Incentives
  • 60% Eat-What-You-Kill
  • Base + Draw Structure

Overview

Pen Pioneer is assisting a national law firm in hiring Lateral Partner Attorneys across the U.S. as part of an aggressive strategic expansion. This firm offers a fully integrated, team-based platform that empowers attorneys to maintain autonomy while benefiting from full operational, marketing, and administrative support.

Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of 7 years of legal experience and a portable book of business, with a drive to scale their practice within a collaborative and high-integrity firm culture.

Key Qualifications

  • Active license and good standing in any U.S. state
  • 7+ years of legal experience in private practice or boutique/firm setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage clients and develop business
  • A modest to significant portable book of business (minimum $200K preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
