About the Role

This is more than just a litigation role, it’s a market leadership opportunity.

We’re looking for experienced Personal Injury Attorneys with a strong background in auto accident litigation who are ready to lead and grow new regional offices. In this role, you’ll not only manage a caseload, but you’ll also help build our presence, develop local partnerships, and recruit the team that supports your practice.

What You’ll Do

• Lead our local presence in your state, with support from a national legal operations team.
• Manage a high-volume docket of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Supervise and mentor legal assistants, paralegals, and junior attorneys.
• Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to grow the firm’s visibility.
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
• Review, draft, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement demands.
• Oversee negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in one of the following states: KY, IN, CO, MO, or WA.
• 7+ years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on auto accident claims.
• Experience supervising case teams (paralegals, assistants, or attorneys).
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and compassionately.
• A strong drive to grow a practice, build a client base, and establish market presence.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and litigation skills.
• Mediation experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
