Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm, seeks a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney in Fort Collins, CO. You will handle divorce, custody, and support matters, with direct client contact and opportunities to develop substantive litigation skills.

The role offers a remote-first setup with in-person requirements, low billable hours, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, 401(k), and paid time off. Colorado bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of Family Law experience.

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to join ourFort Collins, CO office.

Compensation: The pay range for this position in this location is $150,000 - $257,000 annually. Additionally, we are currently offering a$15,000 signing bonus and relocation packagefor this role.The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional Health Savings Account (HSA), short-term disability, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) Retirement Plan, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.

Additional voluntary programs include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life insurance, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance, and pet insurance. Commuter and transit benefit programs may also be available in certain markets.

• Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.

• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.

• Active admission to theColoradoState Bar.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
