Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or mathematics.
  • 6+ years of R&D in AMO physics, especially atomic clocks.
  • Experience in technical leadership and with customers.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to lead diverse teams.
  • Experience with numerical data analysis and regression.

Responsibilities

  • Fill a critical role in an atomic clock development program.
  • Develop new atomic sensor concepts and demonstrate them in devices.
  • Engage with customers to define needs and apply solutions through analysis and experimentation.
  • Support design reviews and system documents (requirements, interfaces).
  • Perform simulations, data analysis, and verification against requirements.
  • Communicate status to managers, senior staff, and customers.
