Job summary

FinTrust Connect is seeking a Senior Private Client Relationship Manager in Atlanta, GA to acquire high-net-worth client relationships and deliver holistic wealth solutions. The role focuses on growing assets, deposits, and lending relationships while coordinating a team of investment, trust, mortgage, and treasury professionals.

The ideal candidate will have deep private banking experience, a strong local network, and the business acumen to manage both personal and business balance sheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Proven success acquiring new clients, assets, deposits, and lending relationships.
• Strong community presence and an established network of prospective clients and centers of influence.
• Experience advising clients across investments, wealth planning, credit, banking, and liquidity needs.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; may be obtained after employment.
• Must meet all applicable licensing and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new high-net-worth client relationships by building trust and delivering thoughtful solutions.
• Generate measurable business results through new-client acquisition and growth of assets, deposits, loans, and fee-based relationships.
• Advise clients across their balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
• Provide depository, treasury management, and lending solutions to organizations and business-owner clients.
• Coordinate internal specialists across investments, trust and estate planning, mortgage, credit, and treasury management.
