Job summary

Ferric, a New York City–based technology startup, seeks an IC Test Engineer to own ATE testing and characterization of Ferric’s mixed-signal ICs. You will develop production tests, KGD testing, and support qualification with vendors, while interfacing with customers and design teams.

The role requires a strong background in ATE programming, lab equipment, and data analysis, plus excellent communication. Flat structure and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in EE is required.
• 3+ years of ATE experience required.
• Strong background in mixed-signal IC testing and ATE programming.
• Proficiency with standard circuit test lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own ATE test development and production testing for Ferric’s mixed-signal ICs.
• Create and review ATE test plans and test cases.
• Develop ATE production and characterization test programs for package level and KGD testing.
• Support IC product qualification and vendor testing.
• Perform bench-level testing, characterization, and debugging of full ICs and subsystems.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers on test data and procedures.
