Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking an Engineering Technician to support semiconductor test operations and data collection. You will work with ATE systems, probers, and handlers, performing device-level tests and maintaining equipment with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience testing on ATE systems.
• Proficiency with wafer probers and handlers, including setup and operation.
• Hardware inventory management system experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor test flows and industry test standards.
• Soldering skills and basic MS Word/Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support small-volume engineering sample and low-volume production programs.
• Set up, dock, and undock ATE systems with probers and handlers.
• Perform device-level testing manually using ATE and laboratory equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot handlers, probers, and testers with Eng and vendors.
• Collect engineering data using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multimeters.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration; maintain ISO-9001 logs.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
