NVIDIA AI in Santa Clara, CA seeks a seasoned PCB Design Engineer to develop ATE production loadboards and characterization boards for multiple products, collaborating with test engineers and vendors to optimize fabrication and assembly. You will stay current with industry trends and contribute to cross-functional teams to implement effective test solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a BSEE or higher with RF/communication focus and have 8+ years in ATE board design, with strong skills in Cadence

Qualifications

• BSEE or higher with RF/communication focus or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in ATE board design.
• Experience working with SI/PI teams to improve high-frequency signal performance.
• Proficiency in Excel with working knowledge of Cadence Allegro, SPICE, PCB impedance calculator and Perl.
• Strong debugging, analytical and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design ATE production loadboards and other evaluation boards for characterization.
• Work closely with test engineers and vendors to resolve component and board fabrication and assembly issues.
• Participate in conferences and keep abreast of industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, SI, high-speed characterization, DFT, and ATE test to implement effective test solutions.
