Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 10+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• Experience with commercial or financial services clients.
• CPA

Responsibilities

• Plan audit objectives and determine audit strategy.
• Lead multiple audit engagements and priorities.
• Review accounting records and financial statements for accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and drive change.
• Manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff on engagements.
• Evaluate staff performance during engagements.
• Contribute to practice growth and business development.
