Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a growth-oriented Partner to join our Assurance Group in New York. You will lead multiple audit engagements, plan audit objectives, and guide teams to deliver high-quality financial statements while managing client expectations and firm risk.

You will mentor staff, drive performance evaluations, and collaborate cross-functionally to expand our assurance capabilities. This role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and delivering solutions that strengthen client trust.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• Experience with commercial or financial services clients.
• CPA is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
• Lead multiple audit engagements and competing priorities.
• Review and examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff during engagement.
• Assess performance of staff for engagement evaluations.
• Participate in efforts to grow the practice, i.e.. Business Development
