Eide Bailly LLP in Bismarck, ND is seeking an Assurance Senior Manager to lead audits for a variety of clients and advance the firm's assurance practice. You will supervise staff, outline objectives, review workpapers, and nurture client relationships with integrity and professionalism.

You will mentor junior staff, drive engagement profitability, and participate in business development and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (required).
• 5+ years audit/assurance experience in public accounting (required).
• CPA license (required).
• Advanced knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Ability to network and develop business.
• Commitment to maintaining effective working relationships with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex audits and complete workpapers.
• Outline engagement objectives, issues, findings and recommendations.
• Review workpapers and financial statements prior to Partner involvement.
• Manage client relationships with integrity and value addition.
• Evaluate costs, benefits and risks of solutions for clients.
• Mentor and train staff in the audit department.
• Participate in business development and community activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
