Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking an Assurance Manager to join its growing public accounting practice in the Seattle/Everett area. You will lead engagement teams delivering audit and other assurance services to middle-market clients, while mentoring staff and coordinating with firm leadership.

You will foster client relationships, manage staffing and budgets, ensure high-quality, timely work, and support staff development as part of Baker Tilly’s growth and client service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in assurance/audit for middle-market clients.
• CPA certification required; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client-relations skills.
