Job summary

EisnerAmper, a leading accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Commercial Assurance practice in our Raleigh, NC office. You will help shape audit strategies, oversee engagements, and drive client service excellence.

The role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and proactive risk management within a hybrid work environment. A CPA and 7+ years of audit experience are required, with preference for a Master’s degree and industry-specific experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
• CPA certification.
• Experience with Life Science, Technology and Construction clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.
• Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities.
• Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports for accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Maintain active client communication to manage expectations and lead change efforts.
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements.
• Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations.
